NFP/MSP (MENA) Scholarship programmes to study in Netherlands (Fully Funded)


NFP stands for Netherlands Fellowship Programmes (NFP), MSP stands for MENA (Middle East and North Africa) Scholarship Programme. NFP scholarships are available for 51 countries, MSP scholarships for 9 countries*
You can only apply for a scholarship for your chosen course during the 'application window' for that course.  You can apply for these five courses:
There are many more applications than there are scholarships available. Not everyone can apply for an NFP or MSP scholarship. Therefore, it is important that you meet all the RNTC and Nuffic criteria.

DAAD Masters Scholarships for Public Policy and Good Governance in Germany




The DAAD Masters Scholarships for Public Policy and Good Governance Programme offers very good graduates from developing countries the chance to obtain a Master’s degree in disciplines that are of special relevance for the social, political and economic development of their home country at German institutions of higher education.

The courses have an international orientation and are taught in German and/or English.

The scholarship scheme is open to candidates from Africa, Latin America, North/Central America, South Asia, Southeast Asia as well as from countries in the Middle East. See list of eligible countries.
Scholarship coverage:
DAAD scholarship holders are exempt from tuition fees. DAAD pays a monthly scholarship rate of currently 750 €. The scholarship also includes contributions to health insurance in Germany. In addition, DAAD grants an appropriate travel allowance and a study and research subsidy as well as rent subsidies and/or allowances for spouses and/or children where applicable.

Stanford Africa MBA Fellowship 2015


The Stanford Africa MBA Fellowship Program pays for tuition and associated fees (approximately US $140,000) for citizens of African countries with financial need who wish to obtain an MBA at Stanford GSB. Within two years of graduation from Stanford GSB, Stanford Africa MBA Fellows are required to return to Africa to work for at least two years in a professional role that contributes to the continent’s development.

2015 Türkiye Scholarships



Türkiye Scholarships are full government funded programmes for successful international students from all over the world to undertake postgraduate and undergraduate studies in Turkey. The scholarship covers a full tuition, accomodation, round trip ticket, monthly stipend and health insurance. The application process includes both scholarship and university placement at the same time. Applicants will be placed in a university and programme among their preferences specified in the online application form.

The Fulbright Junior Staff Development (JSD) Program 2015

The Fulbright Junior Staff Development (JSD) Program is the largest Fulbright program with Africa and provides financial assistance for a maximum of two years of study toward a graduate degree in a U.S. university or for participation in a non-degree research or nonacademic professional program. It is designed primarily to strengthen African universities through higher degree training for faculty members. Applications are also accepted from prospective candidates in public and private educational and cultural institutions, independent research institutes, and professional institutions.

TRECCAfrica 2015 Scholarships for Masters and PHD Study

TreccAfrica (Transdisciplinary Training for Resource Efficiency and Climate Change Adaptation in Africa) will provide doctoral and master’s training to 80 postgraduate students in Africa at six leading African Universities (The University of (Ghana), University of Nairobi (Kenya), Mekelle University (Ethiopia), University of Nigeria Nsukka (Nigeria), University of Dar Es Salaam (Tanzania) and Stellenbosch University (South Africa), University of Botswana)  to provide the next generation of academics and professionals who will be able to address an interlocking set of real challenges for Africa’s future development: climate change and resource depletion.
The mobility activities are aimed at providing favourable conditions for staff and student mobility by means of quality support measures for students and staff to undertake study, research and training periods at one of the partner HEIs.

The International School Moshi (ISM) Scholarship Programme 2015

International School Moshi is offering full scholarships for students to study the International Baccalaureate Diploma programme (Forms 5 and 6) as boarders in ISM from August 2015 to May 2017. These will be available to students who have performed exceptionally well in the NECTA Form Four examinations in November 2014.

Global Education On-line Training Course

This course, under the title "Global Education - The Human Rights Dimension", provides an introduction to human rights education as part of the Global Education context, and deals with its concepts, approaches, strategies and action, by considering its interconnections between the global and local. 
This global education online learning course is designed for education practitioners, social workers, youth activists, as well as policy and decision makers.
This course explores the ways of addressing the issues in theory and practice, reflecting on the ideal state considering the evidence from the reality, and developing new ways of understanding and promoting human rights education in the contexts of the participants.

Beijing Government Scholarship Program 2015

The Beijing Government Scholarship (BGS) was established by Beijing Municipal Government, aiming to provide tuition fees fully or partially to the international students studying or applying for studying in Beijing. Its administrative office is the International Cooperation and Exchange Office of Beijing Municipal Commission of Educations, which is in charge of project establishment, review, acceptance and daily management of the Beijing Government Scholarship Program. The international students applying for the Beijing Government Scholarships shall normally submit relevant materials to the universities in Beijing that he/she hope to apply by the end of February every year.

The Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship

Google Anita Borg Scholarship recipients will each receive a € 7,000 (or equivalent) award for the 2015-2016 academic year. A group of female undergraduate and graduate students will be chosen from the applicant pool, and scholarships will be awarded based on the strength of each candidate's academic background, passion for increasing the involvement of women in computer science, and demonstrated leadership.
