Precision Air Services is currently looking for fresh Graduates to participate in an intensive 12 months training program designed to provide strong knowledge of all aspects of their t business. Under the direction of a mentor, the program combines a series of rotations in various departments with the purpose of preparing the individual for what area best matches his or her interests, skills, and abilities. Upon completion of the program, the Management Trainee will be eligible to apply for positions within the company
POSITION:          MANAGEMENT TRAINEES – 10 POSTS

REPORTS TO:      IMMEDIATE LINE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR

DUTY STATION:  DAR ES SALAAM, KILIMANJARO, MWANZA

REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree (Upper second and above)

• Positions are open to Tanzanian citizens only

• Excellent verbal, written and listening communications skills

• Integrity.
